“I began my career after university at a prominent building wholesaler in Hungary, where I assumed the position of an assistant of the board and director. My primary responsibilities included sales controlling and expanding the distribution network. After three years, I returned to Germany, where I took on the role of district manager within the same company. Over the course of 12 years, I progressed to the position of a national sales manager, reporting directly to the board.

 

Pursuing new challenges, I transitioned to a managing director role with a sewage pipe manufacturer, where I was responsible for European sales and market development. After the acquisition of the company by the market leader I started my own European sales company, where I partnered with an Egyptian manufacturer to successfully introduce sewage pipes in Germany, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Romania within four years. Despite the venture's success internal conflicts within the shareholder group led to my departure.

                      

Since then, I pivoted to project management on a regional scale specifically focusing on the development of residential properties, overseeing everything from investment and financing to site selection, construction, and the sale of homes to real estate investors. Additionally, I build a strong network of skilled craftsmen, whom I later brought into my company. This enabled me to shift towards the local renovation market, where I operate at the intersection of project development and contracting.”
